I'm highly recommending Prolong Symmetry. I've been seeing Chelsie for massage therapy for three or four years (can't even remember how long now) and I can confidently say that I would give up all kinds of other things in my life before I gave up our bi-weekly massage. Not only are the sessions very calming, tension-releasing, and inexpensive, but gradually over time, issues I've had like lower back pain, neck stiffness, and shoulder problems have improved. I've also started seeing Artem for physical training. Usually the sessions are strength and conditioning routines, but he mixes in circuit training as well, and even teaches kickboxing and MMA classes. He also starts off with a bit of yoga style stretching at the start. Again, the sessions are inexpensive and creative. They can be a little intense sometimes, but he doesn't come at you too hard, like a drill instructor sergeant or anything. This weekend I took a one-on-one barefoot massage course with Rhonda. She was organized, flexible, very experienced in barefoot massage techniques. I was able to receive a massage and practice on a variety of other body types that she lined up to come in. It isn’t very often I can say that I can go home and use the techniques I learned immediately with my clients. Thanks, Rhonda! Also, the Korean food next to her studio was amazing! ;)

I've been seeing Rhonda for years! She is very skilled and extremely professional. She knows her stuff! She is HIGHLY trained and very knowledgeable about the muscles, movement and the mind/body connection. She has worked on me for leg/foot pain, neck spasms, sinus headaches, etc. I felt comfortable with her within minutes of our first session. I recommend her to people all the time. I'm so lucky to have found her!
